What we do
Our Work
Our work is divided into four major programmes:
1. Cutting-edge research on socio-economic, demographic and political challenges and opportunities that have relevance to contemporary governance and development in Africa.
2. Short certificate courses and tailor-made training to mid-level and senior managers whose work relate to local governance, urban management, service provision and development management in the public, private and civil society sectors.
3. Providing a platform for public institutions and officials, private corporate bodies, academics and citizens to engage and share ideas on issues relevant to public policies and governance through a combination of outreach activities such as policy community of practice, blogging, policy briefs, seminars, workshops and conferences.
4. Providing technical advisory services through short-term consulting assignments.
